Information for exhibitors

We invite you to represent your products and services at the Exposition, a central feature of the conference. The exposition will be open to visitors:
 — Wednesday, 7–9 pm
 — Thursday, 8:30 am–5 pm
 — Friday, 8:30 am–12 noon

The value of personal contact in this age of online networking cannot be overestimated. Our exhibitors will obtain maximum exposure to conference attendees, sharing space with technical posters, coffee breaks and other refreshments. Technical session chairs will periodically remind attendees of the Exposition.

We have space for only 46 exhibitors, ensuring a lot of attention from attendees. The cost is $550 for a 10 × 8-ft booth (width × depth), which includes meeting registrations for two people. A reduced price of $280 for an 8 × 6-ft booth (width × depth) applies to academic and non-profit exhibitors, but no meeting registrations are included.

Each booth includes an 8-ft skirted table, two chairs, and an ID sign. Electric power and Wi-Fi are also included. If you will not be sending a representative to the meeting, you can book a literature-only table. We will attractively display the literature you send and keep it stocked. Leftover literature will be returned to you, if you request, at your expense.

We are working with Paramount Convention Services, a major national company, for our exposition arrangements. We are confident that we will have an excellent event.

If you are interested in participating, please return the industry contract form or academic contract form, and note the rules that pertain to all exhibitors at the conference. Booth space can be selected on a first-paid, first-choice basis. Additional sponsorship opportunities are shown below.

We look forward to hearing from you. Please contact either of us if you have any questions.
