Natalie LaFranzo, Chair of the Saint Louis Section–Younger Chemists Committee, has announced that applications are open for the Younger Chemists Committee Young Researcher Award. The award winners will receive $250 to cover costs associated with attending the Midwest Regional Meeting this fall in Columbia, MO. If you have undergraduates in your research group, please encourage them to apply. If you are an undergraduate researcher, Natalie and the rest of the YCC encourage you to apply. Students who are participating in research at REUs, academic and government labs, and industry internships are eligible.
